Our Story
Latch was built by people who live in apartments and were tired of the gap between the life they wanted and the services available to them.
In Vancouver, over 50% of residents rent. We live in some of the most beautiful buildings in the world — but getting a reliable cleaner, finding a trustworthy handyman, or even getting groceries delivered to your unit shouldn't feel like a part-time job.
We built Latch to be the bridge: a single platform where residents can access everything they need, property managers can offer premium amenities without lifting a finger, and service providers can build sustainable businesses.
